Come to Cheney Mansion and meet the team from Carnivore Oak Park for a lesson in basic butchering. Learn skills such as carving a turkey or chicken, cutting up a whole chicken, de-boning, butterflying and understanding different cuts of meat, poultry and fish. You will be able to taste samplings of products expertly and simply prepared by you and the experts from Carnivore. Bring along a beverage to sip and enjoy while tasting. 21 and over.
